What do you think about the legislation allowing monthly phone calls to prospects in sports other than football beginning June 15 after the sophomore year, and twice per week beginning August 1 of the senior year?
I like it!
I prefer the legislation the way it used to be (i.e. one per week during senior year).
It is not enough, I think we should eliminate all restrictions on phone calls.
